Digital Product Nature

Ebooks are digital goods. Once a download link has been delivered or used, the product cannot be physically returned.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be reviewed if payment was deducted but the order was not verified, the download link was not generated, or the purchased file is unavailable because of a technical issue from our side.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided after a successful download, for duplicate personal purchases, or when the customer changes their mind after receiving access.
